Does anybody have an expoded drawing of the sliding door mechanism??

The handle bit and the U which slides along in the track. I need to sort out adjusting it but it seems to be at the maximum and I need to lift it up about 5mm. :D

Please help dudes and dudettes

you can use shims on the bottom runner, the top can be slid up and down as can the rear (middle) runner. there are two bolts inside the door and two on the very rear of the door by the rear runner, slacked and pull it up n re tighten.
a little movement can affect the door a lot. also check the nylon runner on the middle runner, these wear as well and can let the door drop.

Nice one chap! will get on the case 8)

On my bus I have got special shaped spacers, like a rectangle with two U shaped bits cut out to clear the screws on the bottom runner.

I suspect ordinary washers may be just as good :)

Cheers Jim. Gonna hopefully have a looksy over the weekend 8)
