Sliding door rattles...

I've noticed my sliding door ratlles when I'm driving along.

It closes and opens fine, but seems to move back and forth at the top where the roller sits in the groove.

Anyone know if it can be adjusted out, or do I need a bigger roller to fill the groove?

Had the same problem with mine.
There is a bolt that goes through the top roler.Loosen that and there should be a little adjustment on that :mrgreen:

I had a similar problem too. Very noticable as I had stripped the interior.

I renewed the sliding door seal.

The new one (from Status) stopped the free play in the door when shut and the rattle disappeared.

Cheers, I have adjusted the top of the door as suggested and that stopped the rattle, but the door got jammed open so I had to remove the interior handle to make it work!

I need to get a new sliding door rubber so maybe that's the solution.
