can anyone please help

I have a early bay 71
Im replacing the bottom panel of sliding door that has been bodged before. The door never closed properly.
also Im replacing running track and cill
what i need is the right height for the door. anyone have any idea's :?:

Not a clue mate I guess if you can do it on the van you can line it up best
