Up for sale is my Fasty, I just cannot keep on top of 2 air cooled upkeeps, keeping my bay since it is a little more 'family' it is up on VZi but any EB folks interested in a cool daily ?

Owned by me for 2 years and 1000s spent mainly on welding and receipts run through everything done to date, it is a very solid, reliable, RHD Tax Exempt fasty. The engine is twin carb, original and reliable having never let me down and the car has had the work done by Beetlelink near Farnham. If you need a car that can be built upon, then this is for you. MOT until September 2012.

£2200 or make me an offer!

Work completed:

Rear 3 point seat belts
Replaced / repaired both floor pans
Lots of work on the front end to patch over normal rust spots where fuel tank goes through body and front bumper mounts / spare wheel well
New sills both sides, inner and outer
New heater channels (the heating is 100%)
Replaced ignition throughout, Petronix, SVDA etc
Original Marathon wheels, shot-blasted and powder coated
Lowered with new shocks front and rear
Brakes rebuilt
New clutch and oil seal
Front bumper mounts replaced
Inner wings repaired
MX5 front seats, on runners and with built in speakers (I have the old seats if you want to take them)
Front suspension ball joints
Steering damper
Dynamo replaced
Electric window washers fitted
Ajustable pushrod tubes fitted
New rubbers on doors, original not repro!
New windscreen seal and repaired window surround

Still need to fix:

The air intake is rusted under the front bonnet, hence the tape on the intake vents
Fuel filler cap release snapped, currently taped shut and looking for a magnet to fix it with
Engine has a small oil leak, never worked out where from despite engine coming out
I have a new front wing to fit, old one is dented, new one is ready to paint
New door cards (have them also)
The bonnet release catch in the glovebox is not working, it is the ctach and not the cablke since you can open it from under the car
Torn rear seat but my child seat goes over it so never caused me an issue
Carpet, I was going to leave it bare metal...
Clock has never worked.
Speed cable snapped last week, will fix it depends on time
Door skins could do with some work, they are a little bubbly at the bottoms

PM for more details or arrange a viewing!

Matt.
