In perfect condition.
Approximate size - 3.4m(w) x 2m(d) x 1.8-2.1m(h)
Packs up into two bags.

Collect from Lewes or Brighton (could deliver locally) or you can send in a courier.

Hi Mickey Sam. I'll have to check, it has a ground sheet but can't remember whether its permanently fitted.

Hi. The ground sheet is separate, there are folds of ground sheet material fixed the bottom edges of each side, then the ground sheet sits on top of these folds to make it wind/water resistant inside.
