I have a 1969 westy for sale. Very solid bus with no rot. I recently removed the westy interior and applied por 15 to the entire cargo area to ensure it stays rot free. The front floor board has a couple of patches but the rust is very minimal with only a few pinholes. Interior is original. Bus also includes the original ac unit that still blows air. Includes the compressor that still turns freely (not installed but the bracket is mounted).
The tent is usable but does have a 1 foot long tear that should be sewn up. Comes with child cot for front and cot in the loft (needs new canvas).
Engine is larger than stock (po couldn't remember size) and it runs, drives and stops. The timing needs to be adjusted a bit for it to run smoother but I drive it around town on occasion. Overall this is a VERY solid starter bus that could be a daily driver with little effort. Extras include a spare 3 rib transmission, new jalosy window, and a solid side glass window along with misc parts.
