Looks like some tinkering in the back and judging by the cleaner paint work ion the sides so major welding too, bet you're well chuffed to ahve it abck after so long

It's better than the Fiat people carrier i saw you in a while back! You came past me and my buddy at Monmouth (EB and Split) waving like mad you were, with your family :D

So many questions but what wheels are you running?

That does look cool, whats the spec on the engine? 8)
Engine is based around a Porsche 914/type 4, displacement is now 2.6cc with
forged, stroker crank and 48 IDF carb's including a euro grind T4 'F' cam.
Straight cut timing gears, heads are polished and ported with 44 x 38 valves,
it also has a full flow oil system with external cooler and filter, Porsche fan with
carbon fan shroud, fully merged stainless steel header/box exhaust system.

The gear box is originally from a 911 Porsche with no 'dog leg' 1st gear, hooked
up to the engine by way of a one of custom clutch plate.

The bus has actually had work on all the running gear and not particularly the
power plant. New beam, drop spindles, 944 disks, gear linkage, engine mounts,
gearbox mounts, shock mounts, plumbing, electrics etc etc all custom made!

The bus is quick enough up the strip but was really built for motorway cruising,
which is it's specialty, in that area it's quite pronominal!

Yea I do get a bit excited when I see another bus, don't you?

Wheels are Torque Thrust D's with Porsche 5x130 bolt pattern,
made of magnesium alloy and are super light, bit like my pocket  !

Be good to see it back out there again ..... I bet you cant wait! 8)
