South African Import - advice

I'm looking at a Bay south african import - Are there any differences to UK supplied campers that I should be aware of?

Nothing major, there might be some differences in the way the lights work, if they have all red tail lamps and side lights in the front indicators like US models, but that is dead easy to change.

We have a 1969? mini bus from South Africa, as far I can see it's very much like our old UK van but less rust. All the lights are the same, I do have little reflectors above the front indicators, and the rear of the van had been raised as ours had been a Church mini bus right up to 2004 when we got it.
