Stiff windows

ok sounds daft but put new scrapers and rubber seals in for the cab doors and when i try to wind up the windows there stiff as hell and feel like i need bodybuilders arms to get the glass up, very very tight

not sure if its cause the felts are new, but the runner runs smoothly with the glass when no seals are in

Just done one of my doors, the other can wait. Got the same problem, snapped the winder arm it was so stiff. Squarted some back to black/ dash cleaner in the felt channel, freed it up a lot just a bit sticky right at the top.

The top clips seemed too small squeezing the felt channel.
