hi,got lowered suspension on front with foksy adjuster ,suspension set as high as possible on adjusters.fitted gas shocks alround.185/65x14 tyres.but when i drive down bumpy roads tyres hitting underside of bodywork all the time.have also noticed rear sit low when empty but when 2 adults sit in front ,front sit lower than back(i know ive put weight on but not that much honest!!!!) could the torsion springs be broke or any ideas thanks

To me that does not sound right at all. Unless you have dropped spindles it should ride at the original height when adjusted to full.

Just on the off chance are the adjusters facing down to their lowest point?

my fosky hit the air duct until a big hammer sorted the duct out, also have you fitted shorter shocks as they will also bottom out, you will still get some knocking on some bumps, the only way round I'm told is to fit a split beam and fit drop spindles
