I knew this day would come, theres only one solution for it:

http://www.importedwhitelhdwestypre69bay.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for clem, Clyde & all the others currently selling their white westys on here

http://www.crossoverbays(rule" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).com for the majority on here

http://www.otherbayoddsandsods.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for everyone else

I will be seeing the majority of you on the other forum shortly.......

At last a 72 onwards (ie late) place for all you non early bayers to hang out

Bye Bye to all you crossdressers, and dont slam the closet door on your way out

*labels are for geeks*

luckily i'm king of the geeks, so let me help 8)

early bay = same bolt pattern for the front beam as a splitty.

late bay = everything built after they changed the bolt pattern.

the edges have blurred over the years to the point now where even '72s are considered 'early', but that's how i've always defined them, regardless of indicator position, bumper shape or any other minor differences.

hope that helps :p

by the way, i'd like to vote for option 5 - 'keep the pretty ones'

beauty is in the eye of the beholder... it's like what my painter friend donald said to me... "stick a fork in their ass and turn them over - they're done"

8)

Thats the last straw - I'm going over to the ssvc forum, they'll love me & my crosser

Would that be the SSVC Forum that refers to our beloved busses as 'Gay windows'

No, you must be thinking of a different SSVC, the one I am going to think the crossover bay is the finest example of vw engineering ever seen

Dont think they are too bothered which type of bay they refer to.
