Looks like the front of the van will be a bit lower to the ground, what a shame

Cant beat a weedeater from creative!

very nice mate...you fitting that bad boy yourself? Is that what the scottish courage is for??!!

No im not fitting it as far to busy with other projects and work at the mo, so its being fitted by a fantastic garage nr Bristol called Interpro, they do real quality work and I always trust them to do a great job. 8)

Being fitted in a couple of weeks, then its measuring time to sort out what shocks size to get. Im gonna go for the creative adjustables which should complement the beam well, just need to see what size when all is in place.

Then need to get some special adapters made as I have late bay discs on the front and they require adapters to fit wide 5 which gives the wheel an extra 10mm closer to the side of the arch which is a pain, so I am getting turreted adapters made that will make the wheel sit back over the bearing and take out that 10mm difference, so there should be an overall narrowing of around 4" . 8)

This should mean if my calculations are correct a 4" narrow on the current set up and I can drop another 1 - 2 inches at the front whilst still using the same big tyres :D

Fingers crossed! :D

Where did you get the heater control knobs? I can't find them anywhere!

Hello mate, got them from a guy on ebay, he had a few sets I will try and find a link for you. Not the best fit and a bit flimsy, but my heating is tied on all the time anyway and I have no front vent so i dint really use them, just looks nice

have you took delivery of the creative beam mate. if so what is it like i was going to narrow my own beam (even went as far as buying the end plates) but the bottem tube was a bit too pitted when i cleaned off the original end. i had a chat with the guys at creative this week and to be honest ive changed my plans completely. i was going the red 9 route but i think im going to get their beam and ajustable rear plates too. are the instructions on narrowing you tie rods and springs easy to work with etc

Just placed the order with the boys over the pond how longs the wait ???? The other question how much did the dyno run cost at Interpro? I work in thornbury so could arrange for after work once fitted...

Hello mate, the beam is absolutely ace!! really well made and to be honest there is not another beam that comes close 8) powder coated and ready to roll. The instructions for the leaves are really clear and guide you through every step. So you will have no probs atall. If you get stuck you could ring them and they would be happy to help with any probs.

The welds are perfect and its a bit of kit thats gonna last you for years without a prob. 8)

As far as I am aware it does, its universal for 54 onwards. 8)

Give em a call chap, they will give you all the info you need. 8)

Well the beam is in, just waiting on the adjustable shocks :D going to be delivered on Wednesday 8) all ready for a Weekend mission  8)
