just down on adjusters and super happy with the ride. :D its a little soft at the moment but will adjust the shocks up when they are on and have a play around with the bottom adjuster to get the perfect ride. 8)

Overall I can say its well worth the spons, but I will give it a good test this season with all the shows and tons of campsites

Easy, that look really works well I like the chunky front tyre look too.
I have a few questions regarding the fitting of the beam as I have been leaning towards a weedeater.

1 Is it really as straight forward as the fitting instructions suggest?

2 When you removed the torsion bars, were yours still welded together or had they split? This is an important one as I have no idea where I can get welding done in this area, and will have trouble taking them anywhere cos they probably won't fit on my motorbike!

3 Did you have any trouble shortening the steering arms?

Apologies for all the questions, but its a load of bunce to lay out for it all to be beyond my ham fisted talents!

Super cool instructions and easy to follow, just a load of measuring, torsion arms were part welded as some had come adrift and then re welded. A mate of mine was the lord of this work so it was all his work that sorted all of that out. :D I was left to point and nod

the part that stumps me is the middle torsion leaves 'housing'? ...its fixed with 3 nipplesto stop it moving? when you add an adjuster you have to drill the nipples out, so this housing can swivel? is this correct?

good question, the beam is already fitted with all the right bits and pieces, its a case of cut the torsion leaves and replace. Not sure about the nipples

Creative adjustable shocks going on tomorrow  well excited :D

Right.............its finished!!!

The shocks are on and torsion bars tightened up a touch as they were a bit slack, and I can say the ride is fooking ace! feels like being in a modern car  looks sick and handles like a dream.

The steering seems to be a touch heavier, but nothing to write home about.

I managed to take one sneeky pic on me phone after testing it last night, will get some better ones soon

i just noticed from the pic :D . those chrome slider are trick as well 8)

i have massive tyres on at the mo 205 X 70 X 15, so I think if i went low profile and adjustedthe beam to the lowest setting, defianetly could go to 3 - 4 inches off the floor at the front 8) and lower with dropped spindles, but this beam is built as solid as you like and is strong enough to handle the big drop. 8)

A friend has some wide 5s with smart car tyres on and im gonna see what they are like soon, when ive finished all me other jobs  this is what its staying at for the mo. 8)

Sorted the sliding door out at last  now sits nice and flush, have changed the chrome u shape back to an OG one as the chrome one wasnt much cop and will just respray the OG one.

I serviced the whole lock & hinge and replaced all runners with new and bolts with stainless (slowley trying to make sure every bolt / screw on the bus is stainless  not a cheap option but worth it!)

Will pop some piccies up shortly 8)

Some new piccies from Woolacombe this weekend
