Here is a brief description of my brother-in-law lovely 72 tax exempt bay window.
He purchased this bus 4 year ago and it has proven to be ultra reliable in that time.
The van has had a full bare metal re-spray in turkis green with contrasting white roof,wheels and bumpers all carried out 18 months ago
and looks totally stunning
Whilst the paintwork was being undertaken we installed a early bay rear valance to ease engine removel and smoothed the front panel to give a cleaner look.
A brand new wiring loom and two sliding windows were installed
Mechanically all the brake components have been renewed over the past 3 years and the 1642 engine drives superbly.
The interior has been treated to a new roof liner , new door cards and a new rock and roll bed
The bus has currently has 3 months mot but will be sold with a 12 months ticket
