I've returned the bus to stock height so have a set of Transporterhaus dropped spindles & trailing arms and a pair of horseshoe plates (not T'Haus) available.

These are for a 71 Bay with disc brakes.

£385 all in collected from Norfolk

Will consider posting at buyers expense but they're heavy so not likely to be cheap.

Will get some photos tomorrow.

Please PM me if you're interested as I'm not on here daily

Thanks!

Any chance you will split?
Only need the horseshoes
In norwich so can collect

Happy to split.

£350 for the spindles
£40 for the horseshoe plates

sjc, mattyd72(1st dibs) & CPBerry will PM you with my contact details

I'll pass on these I think, thanks anyway mate 8)

Horseshoe plates sold, Spindles still for sale - good condition, low mileage... see picture.

Will consider sensible offers

Is this everything required to drop the front on a 71. What will it drop the van by and finally can you advise why your raising, was it ride quality or just purely a diff look

Sorry don't know whether these fit a 72 Crossover...someone else on here might??? Anyone?

71Dormobile

I think you'll need a pair of coilovers too and best with lower profile tyres to avoid the occasional rub on the wheel arch. I ran with Bugpack coilovers initially (still have them somewhere) but fitted Gaz adjustables which are still on the bus. They lower the bus by approx 3.5 inches. Ride quality is much the same as stock.

I fancied a change and have gone back up with all terrain tyres :msn4:
