re T2OC, im not a big fan. a couple of people have said its a case of pay your money, get your mag and thats about it. im not a member, dont want to be a member but again thats just my opinion.

personally im not a fan of big organisations, thats why i spend my weekends in a field to get away from them :lol: . but i guess its hard to strike a balance between a group that is small and friendly (like earlybay) and a larger concern that has a bit of clout.

just my views dude!

I just wonder whether with the work that needs doing to these old bloody vans the discounts are worth it or not really? :lol:

there is so much competition in the VW world that you can get great discounts over the phone now. worth asking if you can get your order a bit cheaper when you place it on the phone?

I've only had my van a few months but I've found the info on the site invaluable...I have to admit this is a very addictive forum and I think it works well...informal meets are the way to go and if someone wants to try and get an annual meet together that would also be good. Earlybay.com is v cool.
