Help me make my mind up please !! I'm thinking about adding USA overriders to my RHD European bus.
And to add insult to injury I prefer the fronts set out wider than stock as well.

I know the most probable reply would be " it's your bus , it's up to you ", but I wouldn't mind some views from some purists and others views.

Half of me thinks it would personalize it, and the other half of me thinks it would look wrong and ruin it .

Should I go for it, or leave it well alone ? What do you think ??

I'm not a purist, but we probably need to decide whether we want our vans to look German, British or American?

I was about to buy a vintage RAC badge for a bit of nostalgia, then thought, well I'm driving an American LHD vehicle, it's going to look daft.

If it makes it any easier, your van has British plates, so trying to make it look like something else might not work, it's a tough one.

Personally I've gone off the large US overiders and fancy some Deluxe bumper trims, but then I might annoy some purist!

Looking at your photos, your roof is nice and clean looking, the bumpers mirror that nice clean uncluttered look. I'm sure that you are itching to do something, but I like it uncluttered.

My bus is an American import and came with overiders and lets be honest all our buses are GERMAN made [unless made in Brazil or South Africa or Australia.....DOH !!!].
Its your bus do whatever you like

I think it depends on the bus, it can make things look a bit busy, and your bus looks beautiful as is. Agree with you though if you do fit them the slightly wider placement does look better.

Leave em off all together, your van looks good as it is.

Im saying that to ALL OF YOU

Thanks for the opinions guys.

I'm guessing the best way to go is to get a set of over riders and see what they look like on my bus.

There again, once I have a set I can't see me parting with them,

So perhaps that will make my decision for me ?
( either that or my bank account ) !

Bit of photoshop might help you decide, not perfect but they are to scale.

have to say I prefer it without, but your bus your rules...

I put mine on further out than standard (same spacing as the rear ones) I did have to cut the inside edge profile though after this shot so they sit straight on. If you look in this pic as they follow the bumper, out wider they tend to point to the sides

Right fella if your not sure :?:
Don't do it!
i would be willing to buy them!
Your bus is amazing and it would
Spoil it :D

My bus is so bad it needs them

How much

Good point Nugsy, hadn't given that a thought ;)

Krim, really appreciate your time on the photoshop, cheers for that.
Must admit I kinda like it but have just shelled out for a set of Gas Shocks and springs so , financially ,I now have a bit more time to make my mind up
