I now have the tickets - we have 30 weekend passes that allow one vehicle and two adults in for the weekend. These will be given out on the first day of the show as I appreciate plans change and circumstances dictate otherwise at times.

'Rough' timings are 0900 hrs till 1600 hrs each day and obviously we need to be getting into place from about 0830. As I said weekenders will get initial priority, but I wont start firming things up just yet, but all 'dibs' are being noted.

Theres no standard to meet, just a nice cross-section of vans that reflect the 'camper owner'. Obviously its nice if people present their vans as well as possible (people will literally be crawling all over them all weekend) but this isnt just for 'show' vans, this is for the various types of van that people use. Again, that said, it is a prime spot at one of the premier events in Europe!

Im sure we will require vans that can attend on one day alone, these will be alloctaed once the weekenders are confirmed.

The tickets are for adult entry only, camping must be booked and paid for seperately. Vans can be left overnight and will be secure, or can be removed to camp in. Vans are accessable all day whilst the show is on, but cannot be moved while the public are around.
