Vw classics are a specialist restoration, spec build workshop.We specialise in rust free rhd imports building up to as new quality.We also now offer a full service to an mot prep service.
We are based in perranporth sunny cornwall but can accept vehicles from all over the country.
We have recently added the following services to our workshop after taking on a new partner in Dave Catchpole
Irs conversions for splits
dropped spindles fitment and dial in
adjustable rear springplate fitment and dial in
twin carb fitment inc rolling road set up
full bare metal resprays done in house
full shotblast service
mot prep
servicing
brand new interiors built to spec( built in house)
retrimming
fault diagnosis( particularly popular this summer...stranded tourists)
Feel free to drop into the shop. We have four full time staff and our current workload includes a 1967 original uk rhd split devon with 70k on the clock, dougal a sa import spec build, barney a 1971 uk rhd earlybay undergoing full and complete rebuild, tabatha an original rhd cornish bus in for full resto, a 1975 rhd fleetline split in for the works.
We also supply rhd only body panels, chassis cuts, roofs, steering boxes, front axles, rear axles, sa sprintstars, lemmertz sprintstars
