Walkthru Materials

Evening Everyone, just a quick question regarding my walkthru section, does anyone know what to do with covering the side panels. It used to have the factory black rubber? stuff but that was brittle and in tatters.
After taking it off I was left with ugly glue marks which just won't come off.

Now... can you still get new covers or will I have to knock some up out of wood and material?
It looks quite a job to do that though as it has the huuuuge curve that goes into the load area, it looks too big a bend to use ply, what should I do ???????

Wolfsburg West do repro covers, and well priced. However the shipping costs a fortune for some reason.
That said, as I understand it, Just Kampers are investigating the possibility of stocking them, following requests on the forum there ..... watch this space!

Thanks for that Clem, I will keep my fingers crossed on it! I did notice that VW Heritage did them on there website, but I rang them and guess what? Out of Stock for the distant future!!
