Wanted - drive away awning

I am looking for my first foray into awning ownership, does not have to be "as new" but does have to be:

Cheap
Sleep 2 or possibly 4 (those inner tent thingy ma bobs for discretion are appreciated)
Not leak
Have groundsheet - preferably sown in
Tall enough for me not to do a Quasimodo - 6ft2
Space to entertain
Have all ropes and preferably pegs
Attach to the van in a sympathetic manner (not rub the paint off the gutters etc.
oh, and really cheap

I have roughly £120 to blow on this deal, plus the P&P/courier.

Let me know what you have please. Need it delivered before 25th April...

Sorry that's the only one I have. Basically it's symmetrical. The bedroom is at the back taking up half the floor space you can just see the bungees inside holding it in. There's a side door where the table is sat.
