Wanted: Early Westy

Hi,
As some of you already know, I'm after an early Bay. I really want a Westfalia Bay 1970 (or earlier). Not worried about rhd but it needs to be very solid/rust free (US import ideally). Not worried about if the engine's sorted, I'm having a new one built.

Or i have got a 69 that could be sold with full mot, registered etc for upper end of your budget, its about 90% solid, with some small isolated rust in battery tray, front floors and a couple other areas, bonus is it has a good strong motor
1776 cc, Gene Berg counterbalanced crankshaft, Scat 35 cam, Gene berg pistons, connecting rods, pushrods, heads, balanced degreed pulley, Type 4 oil cooler, 009 distributor, Dual Kadron single barrel carburetors with K N filters, external oil filter (new HP1) with Gene Berg relief valve, heavy duty Melling oil pump, 1.5 qt extra sump Gene Berg, CB tuned Header exhaust with single pack muffler, everything else stock. all tin intact and sealed.
So if you want patina this has it, i bought it to fully restore but i am happy to get it legal, safe and sell as is, not here though, sat in my yard in Downey Cali but can be on the boat in about 2 weeks if needed!

I'm considering (and might regret) selling my 1968 Westy pop top, LHD Cali import, in Delta Green.

I've just taken out the interior (to renovate) and check the body and its solid.

Not registered yet just going in for its MOT this week.

I'll be looking for £4700 ono.
