Wanted : oil bath air filter for a crossover bay

Looking for an oil bath air filter for a crossover bay..... looking to replace the chrome air filter that has been on the engine since I got the van, and turn it back to original. Hence looking for complete unit... Everything from carb....

There seems to have been a different type of filter for every year.

Which type do you want - the one with the thermostat attached to it, the type operated by a wire from the 'flaps' thermostat or another type?
