Let me know if of interest

Cheers

Regarding the large piece of tin the one that goes over the gearbox, make sure you get the correct one, there is one for a beetle and one for an early bay, the one in your picture is for a beetle
this is the one you want

And there is sigle port and dual port like the above pic, the dual port being very rare.
Also the cylinder tins can be for 10mm or 8mm headstuds.

What is the actual difference between the bay and beetle twin port rear tin then?

I checked vwheritage and they list the same one for both?

thanks, MIke

Take a look at the two pictures, the beetle one (top) is rounder on the shoulders, whereas the early bay one (bottom) is flatter on the top

ah, thanks - it looks like the bay one has an extra flat section on the top. I`ll keep an eye out on here, but if i can`t find one, i can probably make that piece up, cheers

ok, gary - let me know when you some made and how much you `re looking for them, cheers

Hi - still looking for one of the rear tin dividing pieces. Gary - do you know when you`ll have some ready and how much you`re looking for. Not fussed if they`re bare metal.

Thanks, Mike
