Wanted: Z-Products Z-Bed Hinges

Hi, I'm looking for a set of Z-Products hinges so that I can fold my rear bench seat down into a base for a bed and still retain the original microbus seat. Also means I won't need to remove the middle bench too!

Not rock/roll board style Westy, Z-Products no longer produce these but I think they were quite popular with Microbus owners at the time.

Must be a complete set. Anybody got some or know anywhere that might?

Thanks for the link, sure the ones i have are different to that kit, but again z products rings a bell.
Will have a dig round in the garrage for them this weekend & post a pic.

OK, sorry it's a false alarm.
Not seen these for ages, just dug them out the garrage & from memory thought the stamp on them said z products. They are nothing like the kit people are after .

Ah well, thanks for looking and posting the pic.

Perhaps I might just fit the rock n'roll bed I have been keeping in reserve. I am beginning to think it may take a lot longer to source a Z Bed Kit than I thought. Didn't really want to make big holes in the arches unnecessarily but at least I'll have a bed.

This guy is selling the interior of a 78 bus on ebay, he says it fits into a 72 model. What I'm really intrigued by is the fold down rear seat. He says these are all genuine VW parts and folded down that looks like a bed base to me!

So, it looks like all I need to find is a rear bench seat like his. Any ideas if that would fit into a 1970 model? Was a folding rear bench standard on late model bays?

I'd be excited if it wasn't for the fact he's in Scotland and I'm in Kent! :roll:

No mate, when i got them out the garrage & checked them over i found one is bent & the other is cracked / snaped
