Hello, I've seen a thread recently that points towards people fitting a rear 3 point seatbelt in a Westy by using a copy of the original extender that bolt onto two mounting points. So, is this the only option for fitting one? I've currently got the setup below which the PO assures me has been like it for some time and was in place when the bed was folded flat. However, I cannot see any way that the bed would fold down without forcing / damaging something?!

The position of the seatbelt is not ideal as its to low, it probably won't catch the bed as they tend to pull away from that direction when converting to bed

Is it a rock and roll bed ? If it is, it `might` pull forward after you lift the front of the seat swab up. Have you actually tried it yet ?

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I`m looking at those extenders too

I've got a full width Westy bed fitted, and the seatbelt reel is bolted to the mounting under the rear window. Looks close, but there's no interference.
Move the reel round anticlockwise so that it sits level.

Ahhh .. the very person  If I hi jack this thread a little (sorry) Davidoft, I`ve been wondering for a while, how long would the rear seat belts need to be for three point belts with a pair of your extenders, as I`d like to order some from seat belt planet and get some matching front ones too, I find the securon ones a little abrasive and restrictive. Or if you have any better ideas, I`m all ears ;)

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Another on my to do list

Also jumping on the bandwagon; is there an extender solution for where the early fuel filler gets in the way of those late-style risers?

Thanks :)
