C & C have a "restored" one for 350 quid with a painted U bracket but whether they are worth that I am not so sure. I guess the amount of wear in the roller and U bracket may influence value.

I have seen chrome U brackets go for 50 quid.

I reckon in very good condition it could be worth 150 min.

I sold that hinge unit (which is LHD) for £125 in November 2013 via this forum.
NOS RHD are at a premium. When it comes to used, as stated above, condition is all important.
