What look would YOU go for???

Ok, so if you had a choice of a specific look to go for for your bay window, what would you choose? Cal Look, German Look, Resto Cal, bit of everything etc.

tin top early(70),indigo blue, white roof, narrowed front on original fuchs racked and slammed with something in the back to give the BWA folks a shock.....faded and mean looking...work in progress :wink:

i've jsut been thinking about what i have been picturing my bus to look like once i've finsihed and its a bit individual in the fact that it will probably cross alot of the "fashionable looks"

i wasnt really worried that it wont be a german look or resto cal look through and through, and seems that most people just take the bits they like and whack it on

Think its really hard to make a bus fit one of those groups listed. I think its more ratty, original or custom.

i'd love to be able to afford a full respray in it's original colour but I'd do my own thing as in the ways of interior and exterior trims. as it is, camel trophy FTW 8)

i wouldnt mind trying to make mine look hard as nails, after seeing a VERY nice beetle on volkzone, but not too sure that i can simply copy aspects that make a beetle look hard onto a bay successfully.

if im after a bus that looks mean, then i suppose it bodes the question of whether a nice shiny repray is the way to go

OG Devon interior with a few cab mods, mostly bling like a berg locking shifter, polished handbrake pull and deluxe bits like door pulls and winders. I have a full deluxe exterior including window rubbers front grill, beltline trim but finding it hard to source the bumper trim . OG colours respray and a set of polished cookie cutters, hopefully on a 3-5 inch drop and maybe a narrowed weedeater beam.

Lotus white (faded) , full length rack with mini mal & radio flyer on, slammed,red wall tyres white wheels with dome hub caps & indian red walk-thru interior... It will get there soon (i hope). Nearly forgot a nice bottle of grey goose vodka in a vintage cooler mmm happy dayz !!!
