hi all does anyone know what this tool is used for? i brought it as part of a job lot, thanks in advance for your help. Tried to look up code on internet but no joy, it's a blue point HGP10 on tool.

At work I use these for removing circular clips around pipes.

Beef your bang on mate I use these for removing clips as well the funny one with one prong at the front of the clip and two at the back
