Wheel offset for stock 5J x 14' wheels

Hi,

Does anyone know the offset for a stock steel wheel from a 68 bay? Its the 5J x 14 inch wheel.

I can`t find it anywhere! Later wheels which are 5.5J appear to be ET39.

There are no markings on my stock steel apart from the width and diameter and trying to work out how much to narrow a beam.

Thanks mate - more than i thought! Those sprintstars with ET14 are going to need some serious narrowing to get a little more tuck than standard wheels!
