which seal?

I've just cracked a side window trying to stuff it into a Just Kampers new seal.

A bit more research and I find there are thinner seals for the early busses from VW Heritage.

Have decided may as well install a slide window as replacemnet, but the Heritage site says use a 'standard seal'

Is this standard for the year? or standard for the later Brazil version of the slide window which would be the fat seal I've already got?

Use only genuine seals the rep[ro ones do not fit. We got ours from Status VW and they fitted perfectly with plenty of Waxoyl as a lubricant.

phoned VW Heritage and the window comes with seal atached, went in a treat
