Why is my M-Plate signature no longer working?

There is a check box under where you edit your signature, which says 'Disable BBCode' make sure that is un-ticked, click submit again and it should work with the code you have.

by default in new phpbb 3.2 the signature codes are 'off'

just follow the instructions as mentioned above.
