Wide 5 adapters

Hi Can anyone help.

I need some narrow to wide 5 adapters. There was a guy on ebay selling them for but he has run out and is not getting any more for the next few months.

My Van is soon to be parked up on bricks unless i can find some!!!!

Any help would be appreciated.

I got mine off 'butty' on vzi. Failing that I think Machine7 do them as well.
