Drove behind this accident-looking-for-a-place-to-happen on Friday afternoon, from Rivonia Rd offramp to about Allandale Rd on the N1 North, Gauteng. I do not know what this guy was thinking, but the men in blue in the 3 Metrocop cars that passed it, couldn't give a $h!t..
