Can the ball joint style cup / clip that connects the wiper arm running from wiper motor out to the wiper spindle be replaced? If so where do you purchase them from? If not I guess the arm has to be replaced? Would anyone have a spare (Long)arm?

Time for an update, although all of this happened a while ago now! The strip of the bus continued during early to Mid 2013. I was amazed how well the van came apart. There was no real struggles with any areas. I guess the most difficult items to remove were the handbrake lever due to a badly...

My van is currently with Drew and Stu, I can't recommend them enough. They are re-working some shocking repairs that were carried out elsewhere and have been amazing, constantly giving fantastic advice. The quality of their work is superb.

Here's some images of the areas that would require repair. So these were the initial areas that were of concern to me. The front panel had seen some accident damage at some time. It was huge concern of mine as I was reading horror stories of good replacement front panels...

Great news Pieman. I was not aware that Midland Early Bay supplied a kit for the late bay steering box. I recall a post from Stuart at Midland Paintwerks explaining how he had added a late bay steering box to his bus. I am guessing it is the same conversion? Maybe something for me to consider...
