Theres a how too in one of the glossy VW mags recently, they fitted MGF seats and IIRC they looked Cool 8)

You need 12 volts to the choke located on the right of the Carb (Offside in the UK as your looking into the engine bay) and there is a fuel solenoid located at the bottom Right of the Carb at the end of a cigar type tube that also needs 12 volts. Fire em up and you should be good to go

Its not hard to do yourself and sluicing all the S%£te out of the float bowl is very theraputic.. I did it :D Right update time, I stripped and cleaned the carb over the weekend, it’s a Brosol H30/31, not ideal for my vehicle but hey ho it is what it is for the time being. Picked up a kit...

Does anyone have any templates for this ? Dave says in his blog the roof panels taper in towards the front so its not as easy as it first seems i guess. I have been assembling all sorts of stuff on my westy refresh and will put it all here in due course and these are often "asked for" P.S...

When i entered mine i got a character wrong so just added another then realised as there was no edit function it was not correct, Prolly somebody has entered your number in error (Maybe me :( )
