Hey there,
Just wondering if the over riders are still for sale and what kind of nick they're in? Are the mounting bolts and rubbers OK and how much for postage to Ashby de la Zouch:) Also, just checkin these would fit my crossover bumpers!
Cheers,
Olly
ta mate, I'm scratching my head but I think I've had it a 2-3 years, and I got it from volksbolts through VZi when he was still selling them. Cheers for the heads up and it may be worth checking whether he's seen this type of thing before :)
Hi folks,
I’ve got a bit of a niggle under the bonnet (1600 type 1 lump) and wondered if any of you could shed some light on it? The last couple of times I’ve set the timing I’ve noticed that it isn’t particularly stable - it probably flicks by a couple of degrees every so often – which I...
Cheers for the reply Gill- it sounds plausible and after a trouble-free holiday the same thing happened this morning...I have a set of the volksbolts fuel line to replace the braided line with and I should start with the pump-carb section and see if it helps  Could this also indicate a...
Hi Chaps,
I don't manage to get on here any more, thanks to a little monster who crawls around the house throwing my stuff on the floor, but I have a wee problem that I'd like to put to the oracle...

Hi folks,
I'm after a wiper motor and 2-speed dash-mounted wiper switch for a '72 model year crossover. Ideally, it must be tested or at least have been working when removed! Hope someone's got some tucked away as the poor old bus is sitting there getting a grubby face at the mo... :mrgreen...
Hi Graham, do you still have the Dellorto carbs? I'm in Solihull this weekend visiting fam so collection would be no prob- just wondering if they're a matching pair and what condition they're in i.e do they need a rebuild?!
Very interested if they haven't gone already
Olly
Cheers for your replies dudes
PS Lovely bus Chris and I think I might go down the DIY cargo net route too as my rack is a slightly funny size being an Aussie one- net with elasticated cord round the edge looks the nuts 8)
Cheers for ya suggestions fellas- Mrs Ozbus isn't too keen on the beer crate idea anyway and seeing as it'll be our first trip away with an 8-week Micro Ozbus I have little use for a crate of beers 8)
As for a microwave- Mrs Ozbus prefers to have a frying pan at hand in case that crate of...
Is this what people who own 'microbuses' do to each other when they pass on the road?!
Sorry, someone will be along who can actually help I'm sure
Afternoon folks,
I'm trying to solve the conundrum of how best to reach my roof rack to load and strap it on a stock height bus.....I'm not too keen on the idea of folding steps or hop-up platforms but though an up-turned beer crate with a bit of ply across the bottom (top!) to spread the load...
