yeah its a deep loud knocking noise, from within the crank case, which is getting louder the more the motor runs, so big end bearing i bet. its allways a gamble with an unknown engine. at least its been an experiance building it, and ive learnt a fair bit.... for example i learnt never to buy...

gonna be gettin it MOT'd this week, its been off the road for about 6 months due to steering rack failure, the only rack i could get was off a mk2, so needed custom trackrods, a new custom solid pipe, and fitting :S ever fitted a gearbox by puttin it on your chest and lifting...
i'm sure i'm missing an engine stand, i lent it to someone for 2 weeks, and a year later i still havent got it back :lol:

yeah i longboard, the deck on mine is real flexable, not great for top speed, but great for comfort and soaks up bumps. stones and potholes, my friend has a solid deck with no flex, hers is great for serious speed, but hit a stone and your fecked :D
