would that be a 185/75/14 ? or 185/70/14 ?

I have a 1968 Californian, microbus, not lowered, with 195/75/14 tyres. Just been to the local tyre dealer who reckons he can't get 75's but says 70's will be ok. I don't know a lot about tyre sizes so I am asking for opinions on whether the 70's will be ok? Any help would be gratefully received!

Just topped up the washer bottle and pressurised it to 20psi and water started peeing out of the button on the dash :( and didn't stop till I depressurised it. The centre of the wiper/ washer button looks to be "stuck in". Any advice gratefully recieved! :)

Has anyone had the whiteband tyres from karmann konnection :?: they look good but what about the quality of tyre :?: also their 3 bow westfalia roofrack looks good value - any one got one :?:

thanks for all the comments those z hinges look like a good idea- will definitely consider them what do you advise about fitting seatbelts in the rear (ooer missus) :?: would you do all lapbelts or 3 point belts at the sides and laps in the middle :?: :? i would like to fit inertia reel belts...

thanks for the above comments everyone. :) my thoughts were definitely keep it as it is for the moment with repairs to front panel going to get a 4 berth sleeper awning for nights away with and kids + dog going to have a good look at other buses and campers before deciding to do anything else...

acquired feb 09, imported from california via oregon damage to front panel and left hand side door and side but otherwise in good nick and nice interior any comments or suggestions welcome should i keep it as it is or what????
