    Wanted: 68 wiper arms

I'm after a single 68 wiper arm (long story...), doesn't matter if it's a bit ratty, but am happy to buy a nice pair too if that's all that's going. Based in Spain so postage may be a bit extra but you wouldn't believe some of the heavy bus stuff I've had sent over here

    my first double cab 1971

Great thread, it's looking fantastic. Cool that you had an AC unit working, I'm trying to get an AC unit hooked up in mine in time for next summer too, a DPD one with a few upgraded parts.

    Opening front 1/4 windows

Yeah I sprayed a bit of lube on it too but that was it, just nice and easy steady pressure. Gotta be careful lining it up to go back in, but wasn't too difficult.

    Opening front 1/4 windows

I recently changed the locks on mine and was a lot easier than I thought, got the rivets from a local hardware place. Once the glass is out you can do it with the window frame still in place, just open it, drill out the old rivets if there is any and line up the new lock then rivet that in. Hope...

    Uneven braking

Having a little trouble with my 68 drum brake bus braking unevenly. It's not too bad and still stops in a timely manner without having to wrestle with the steering wheel, but it's noticeable so it bothers me. It's completely random, sometimes doesn't do it for days and when it does, will pull...

    In the doghouse?

Okay, was poking around the back of my engine bay and noticed the firm that set up my bus didn't bother securing the front tinware properly or add a seal over the gearbox. There also appears to be a missing piece - the doghouse tinware. Now I could be wrong but as I understand it, though my bus...

Maybe, we're closer to Murcia (actually next to Alhama de Murcia) but we have been that way before. Shoot us a PM if you bring your bus over, we'll go for a spin :D

Wanted: wide 5 steel wheels (in Spain)

I'm after four standard early 14" wheels for my 68, would really prefer white so I don't have to mess around painting. Don't need to be perfect, just decent. However, am based in Spain. Anyone up for getting a quote? I know it will be expensive but I do get some pretty heavy stuff sent over...
