I was told the original had a split on the bottom. I did this on my repo one and it makes getting the valance out easier!

WANTED: Cab door handles and barrels

I've got some handles but no barrels if that's any help. They are the later early bay ones not the push button early ones.

    Heater box

There was onOnondaga eBay a few weeks back. I'd give FBI in Swansea a call as I think it was them. Also Rusty on here has a couple of busses coming in I think. See the early bay parts thread for his advert.

    Handbrake link rod

I can't see from the part number what bit you are referring to but is it the bit that the cables bolt too? if so, I made one out of the pins that you use on axle stands.

    Repairing front door cost

This was one of the most irritating jobs I've done on my bus. The first one took me about 2 evenings, but now I could probably do the whole thing in 15 minutes. Haven't read the link but I did follow one. the bit that's hardest is the scraper clips that go in the the door. Easiest way I found...

    Bleeding the brakes

May or not be of no help but have you taken the calipers off at all? I out my new I rd on the wrong sides so the bleed valves were at the bottom. Swapped em over and hey Presto! Also, I recommend one of them pressure system bleaders.

    early bay need help please.

Either on here or eBay I'm sure FBI in Swansea are selling a complete rear chassis from the torsion bar if that's what you're after. I'm going to take a complete guess at £350.
