I can't see from the part number what bit you are referring to but is it the bit that the cables bolt too?
if so, I made one out of the pins that you use on axle stands.

Is this the one that goes through the handbrake and the cables run through it, or the one that acts as the pivot for the handbrake?

This is the part, iv ordered new cables, and i had to source a new handbrake lever part,
Im hoping its the correct one, as iv seen others with a bent runner type thingat bottom and mine dosent have that :/

I also have part number 33 with a bit of 31 cut off and left on it,
