I have just broken a 3/4 drive trying to get mine off! One came away no worries but one was solid........I would recommend impact windy gun if you have access to one.

It's worth noting that the Volvo V40 came with amber side markers as standard - which remained on at all times - with the usual 'safety first' side lights. Don't really see how they would have a problem with front being amber and rear being red? No facts hear....just opinion. ;)
