1.6 reconditioned gearbox 4 sale + 'normal' 2Litre gearbox

1.6 bay window gearbox

Had this gearbox reconditioned by A1 Transmissions (Bolton) about 2 years ago - I sent him the 1600 instead of 2L one - tsch!

Anyhow... it's been in the shed since then (still is there) and was completely reconditioned for about 350 pounds!

I will venture to take photo of it if anybody's interested on the weekend. I have a DHL about 5 miles away and can deliver there if buyer arranges collection / payment.

2L gearbox

We wer driving in Ireland about 3 yrs ago when first gear became difficult to engage... basically stopped working then got better and then got a bit awkward again. Instead of getting gearbox checked over I bought a replacement. After conversations with decent mechnics whom I discovered more recently they said it could be only linkages... soooo this gearbox could be perfectly fine or at worst the first gear is a bit dodgy. Very difficult to find 2 litre bay gearbox.

Again ditto DHL nearby... and photos once I remember where I put it (parents' house maybe!)

Location: Anglesey and sorry most likely ot going to any shows so has to be collected asap if sale agreed.

Was hoping somebody would make offers to be honest as I'm far from being techncial with these things. I know how interiors cost being female and how much I paid for reconditioning but how much value that increased the for sale price I do not know!

Same really for the 2L box... it's not a recon and could have dodgy first...

so would appreciate ball-park figure from somebody who happens to be reading this or offer from somebody who want to buy one or both above?

2L one sold and have decided to keep the 1.6 for my bus as a spare.
