1300cc Bug Engine
I bought this engine with a review to strip and build a stroker for my Bus but another option has come up so it's now for sale.
When fitted the previous owner had many good miles from this engine. When giving it a service they 'tweaked' the carb and timing and then simply couldn't get it running quite right.
To the best of my knowledge it has no excessive end float and is complete aside from a few consumables.
Some points, a dizzy cap, a set of leads and a quick tune up and I don't think you'd have many problems.
As I've not personally run this engine and it's been sat on a pallet in my garage I'm not able to give any guarantees.
It's got a dyno fitted, exchangers and exhaust there, tinware as well. There's a clutch and flywheel on there too.
