Good condition except a few clips missing on one that attaches it to the wheel.
I've gone to 15" wheels so no longer needed.
As for fixing I was going to stick them on so they couldn't fall off easily or prevent pinching them.
They are the more rounded type that bend round the rim of the wheel.
£20 either collect from Warrington or Tatton.
