I have a 1600 twin port long block I have just done a top end rebuild on. I took it apart to check it over & fit new gaskets & seals.
It is a Volkspares Green unleaded engine built in 2002. Everything was still in tolerance & just needed cleaning. (It probably didn't need to come apart, but I always like to check).
Both heads are de-coked & not cracked, bores were honed & pistons cleaned. New pus hrod tubes. Valve clearances set.
Will fit beetle or camper, has 200mm flywheel with new genuine seal. Comes with gaskets for the build up & next oil change. New oil cooler seals fitted.
