How hacked in is the engine??

Is all the original metal work still there to get a type 1 back in it??

Cheers

Hi
i keep trying to attach photos for you - an error message appears saying "the board attachment quota has been reached" so I am unable to attach the photos. The photobucket link shows lots of details pictures. I will try to upload a few later.
The Type 4 engine was installed in the US years ago. It was a proper job with seal all round. The only "hacked@ bit is on the rear valance. I have a spare valance if someone wants to change it back to a type 1 engine.

Thanks
