1970 Montana Red Pop Top Westy - SALE PENDING

This is a 1970 Montana Red Pop Top Westy from Utah, I bought the bus with it needing work to both sills. This work has now been completed by Ron & Ian his welder at VW Endangered Species, on the drivers side the inner/outer and strengthener and new belly pan were replaced and on the slider side part of the inner and the outer was replaced together with the piece in front of the rear wheelarches on both sides. Minor section on the cab floor was replaced and a dent in the drivers door was pulled out and welded up so this is now a sound bus.

It will need a bit of filler on the lower half to blend in the repair but I'd rather let any potential buyers see the work as is rather than hide anything. Spare Wheel has also been taken off the front.

No engine with the bus (One can be supplied for additional money) but a good interior including original poptop canvas, roof and cab bunk

OK, this bus is due into Felixstowe on Saturday, current plan is to get the welding done and offer it with the work done, so if anyone is looking for a project or interested in the bus as a finished project either with an MOT/registered or not feel free to get in touch.

All duties and VAT into the UK will obviously be paid, but various pricing options available on this bus,
