Cool van... but whats with the rear arches?

deffinately not a XO though as can be seen by the front arches, rear lights, fuel flap and moon vents....
 
I was under the opinion that the servo brakes made her a cross-over between the early bay and the later style!

Not sure what you mean by the rear arches though???

Those flared rear arches look like a later feature, even if nothing else does or am I wrong?

Could it be a late '71 or could they have been changed at a later date?
 
Nice bus. :wink:

I always think of the '72 with large tail lamps and square vents as the crossover.
 
Our old '71 Danbury had flared rear arches too (J-reg, low front indicators, half moon vents).
